The holidays are long gone, and I need to get back on track! I've got to rid my pantry of any junk and get back to eating clean again! I put back on several pounds over Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I'm feeling sluggish again. I hate when I do that to myself!
So I pulled out one of my favorite go-to's and plan on making it this weekend. I love Egg Roll in a Bowl. YUMMY!

Here's the recipe...
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag dry cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred) OR substitute with Bragg's liquid aminos
1 teaspoon ginger
sliced onion ( I like red onion but green onion would be good too)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large, deep skillet, brown turkey
In a small bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce (OR aminos), and ginger. Set this aside.
Once turkey is cooked , add dry coleslaw mix and onion to skillet and stir to combine.
Pour soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir, continuing to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted, but still a bit crunchy.
