Positively Perfect Puppy Party

I'm a week late posting but definitely wanted to share my sweet Emmy's puppy party.

I pulled together some of my dog collection and decorated with pink, blue and white.  I made a party hat for the birthday girl, and her one puppy-guest (her sister, Lucy).  I served cookies & ice cream, and we sang Happy Birthday.  It was a fun celebration.
